Driving Miss Daisy

Set in the 1950’s, Driving Miss Daisy is a warm-hearted, humorous, and affecting study of the unlikely relationship between an aging, crotchety white Southern lady and a proud, soft-spoken black man. Miss Daisy resists any change in her life, but is slowly won over by her chauffeur’s native good graces. The show won the 1988 Pulitzer Prize and was made into an Academy Award-winning film.
